PGM Real Estate Associates is the parent company and was founded in 2001 by two partners looking to buy investment properties throughout Southeastern PA. The goal was to acquire residential and multifamily investments in order to create passive income, while bettering the communities in which they were involved. Since its creation, the company has grown and branched out into several different sectors in the real estate industry. In 2008, the company launched PGM Real Estate in West Chester, PA. We are a full service real estate company helping both buyers and sellers reach their home ownership dreams. In addition, our property management division helps investors buy, sell, and manage properties.
PGM Construction was founded in 2001 by two real estate investors. The original plan was to create a quality construction company to repair and rehab properties purchased by investors. Over the years, the company has grown into a full service property management and residential construction company. In 2006, the company became incorporated and reached out to expand its service area throughout all of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
The company is founded on the principles that every customer is the most important and deserves great customer service and quality work at all times. This belief has allowed us to grow from a company of two to a full service staff of ten. In addition to our everyday staff, we have a great network of contractors. Our flexibility allows to truly say there is no job too small or large.
PGM Property Management manages all types of residential, mixed-use and multi-family properties in Chester, Montgomery and Lancaster Counties. Created in 2002, the company was originally built to serve the management needs of its founders. After developing a unique system built around tenant retention and owner satisfaction, the company now handles property management for owners throughout its service area.
