The Property Management Division of PGM professionally manages, rents and maintains investment properties throughout the region. PGM offers a full spectrum of property management services and provides the expertise in-house to manage and maximize the investments of each client’s portfolio.

This division provides a high level of personal service for each PGM investment, ultimately generating the highest level of income and efficiently minimizing vacancies. We pride ourselves on reducing owner's costs through market analysis, strict budgeting, and property evaluations. We believe that we can effectively manage your property while cutting costs and in turn increasing profits. Services offered by the Property Management Division of PGM Real Estate:
Full Service Management
Leasing and monthly collection of rents.
Tenant evictions and filings.
Payment of bills related to each property(mortgages, utilities, etc.)
24 hr maintenance and contracting.
Rates range from 6% to 9% of gross rents collected.
Tenant Placement fee of $475
Statements are emailed on the 15th of each month.

Includes advertising and tenant placement

Owner pays all bills related to property
Rates are generally 6% to 8%
