Dan utilizes extensive knowledge of real estate to assist client in the purchase of investment real estate. Oversees all leasing operations and acts as a liaison between PGM’s legal department and outside counsel. Dan oversees the successful onboarding of all new property management clients and helps determine fair market rents and property values.
