A: We have our own in house Maintenace Department in partnership with Absolute Repairs & Remodeling , including a network of trusted contractors and maintenance professionals who handle all maintenance and repair requests from tenants. We prioritize timely responses to maintenance requests to ensure that your property stays in good condition and that tenants are satisfied with their living or working environment. This includes routine repairs and inspections. Our tenant portal allows tenants to make work orders directly with our maintenance team.
