Justin Gall is the Founder and CEO of PGM Real Estate Associates, a full-service property management and real estate investment firm serving the seven-county region throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. Over the past 20 years, Justin has grown the company from the ground up by combining his accounting background with a passion for real estate, operational excellence, and exceptional client service. Justin founded PGM Real Estate on a simple principle: treat every property as if it were his own. That philosophy has helped the company earn a reputation for responsive communication, transparent financial reporting, and proactive property management that protects investments while maximizing long-term returns for owners.

As CEO, Justin is responsible for the company's long-term vision, strategic growth, and operational innovation. He is passionate about building scalable systems, investing in technology, and developing a team that consistently delivers an exceptional experience for both property owners and residents.

When he's not leading the company, Justin enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family. A lifelong Pittsburgh Steelers fan, he approaches business with the same competitive spirit, discipline, and commitment to excellence that have driven PGM Real Estate's success over the past two decades.

Dan utilizes extensive knowledge of real estate to assist clients in the purchase of investment real estate. Oversees all leasing operations and acts as a liaison between PGM’s legal department and outside counsel. Dan oversees the successful onboarding of all new property management clients and helps determine fair market rents and property values.

Shelly has served as the Office Manager at PGM for the past nine years, becoming an indispensable member of the team through her exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to creating a seamless and efficient work environment. Her dedication and reliability have made her a valued asset to the organization. Outside of work, Shelly enjoys coaching competitive travel softball and spending time with her family. She and her husband of 27 years are proud parents of three children.

Jamie Wheeler has been an integral part of the PGM Real Estate team since 2021. A graduate of West Chester University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Jamie brings exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to every aspect of her role.

As an office manager and accounting assistant, Jamie oversees Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable while coordinating all new move-ins and move-outs. She also manages and supervises team members, ensuring daily operations run efficiently and effectively. Her leadership, dedication, and commitment to excellence make her a vital part of the company's continued success.

Outside of work Jamie is a passionate dog lover and has a spirited Border Collie/Blue Heeler mix named Esme. Before joining PGM Real Estate, she spent eight years working at a veterinary office. Jamie’s adventurous spirit is evident in her personal life, as she once hiked the Grand Canyon in scorching 115-degree weather.

Josh is responsible for overseeing general property management duties including inspections, compliance, leasing, utilities, and licenses. He works hard to ensure 100% resident satisfaction and has built strong relationships with property owners over the years.

Anthony has been with the company since February of 2025. As a property manager Anthony maintains regular communication with property owners and tenants, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns. He also oversees the day-to-day operations of the properties and ensures they are being properly managed and maintained. Outside of work, family is the most important thing in Anthony’s life. He loves to spend time with his wife and son.

Ryan is a dedicated professional who has made a significant impact in his role as a Property Coordinator. With three years of service at PGM Real Estate, Ryan has demonstrated his exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Prior to joining the company, he served in the Army Corps of Engineers, where he gained invaluable experience in construction.

His military background instilled in him a strong work ethic, discipline, and teamwork; qualities that have greatly contributed to his success. Outside of work Ryan enjoys spending time with family and cooking/smoking meats.

Carol is currently our Residents Services Coordinator. Since she joined the company in 2023, her commitment to creating positive interactions has made her an invaluable asset to our team. Her bilingual skills have added to the value she brings.

In her leisure time, she indulges in her passion for travel, with Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest standing out as her favorite destination so far. Carol loves the outdoors, and has hiked to the top of Mt Washington. She also enjoys ballroom dance, cooking and gardening.

Jay is the Director of Operations for Absolute Home Remodeling. Previously, he ran a successful company for 10 years before the demands for maintenance and remodeling grew. He joined Absolute 7 years ago; with his extensive experience and strong leadership, Jay plays a pivotal role in overseeing and streamlining the company’s operations. He is extremely detail oriented, and makes sure every project meets the highest standard of quality and excellence. Beyond his professional achievements, Jay is also an avid golfer.

Ron has been with the company since 2025. He handles day to day maintenance work orders, assists in renovation jobs, and manages the maintenance staff and technicians. Ron previously owned and operated his own contractor business for 7 years. He also has previous experience in welding and operations management. Outside of work, Ron is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and loves being outdoors; especially at a lake in the mountains. He enjoys spending time with family and friends along with his 2 dogs. His hobbies include building projects in the garage shop at home and woodworking.
